We run it

We build and operate the process ourselves. We use automation and AI to do the heavy lifting, and a person checks the work before it leaves. You never touch the tooling, and there's nothing for you to maintain.

You get the result

The work comes back finished, with a short note on what happened and anything that needs your call. You pay for the outcome, not for licences or hours, and you can stop any time.

Where we're up to, honestly

Fieldwell is new. We're based in Sydney and building this for small businesses across NSW. We started by talking to tradies, accountants, bookkeepers and fitness professionals, but the problem isn't industry-specific: if you run a small business and the admin is yours to do, we want to hear from you. Before we build anything, we're asking the people who do the work where the hours really go.

The questionnaire takes about four minutes. If a job you describe is one we can run, we'll offer to build it with you as a founding customer: a small, defined task, no upfront cost, and the result within weeks rather than months. If it isn't, you've spent four minutes and helped shape what gets built.

Nothing is sold on this page and nothing is sold on the questionnaire. We'll only contact you if you ask us to.

Who's behind this

I'm Mason. I run research and operations for Fieldwell Operations. I've spent my career delivering operational and technology programs for large organisations, and Fieldwell is about bringing that capability to businesses that can't justify a full-time operations person, without asking them to become one.
